Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Smart X Fusion Ltd. (Смарт Екс Фюжън ООД) processes the personal data you provide through www.smartxfusion.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form we process your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the selected topic and your message. When you email us directly, we process the data you include in your email.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider's server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, browser type) in system logs needed for security and normal operation.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security and abuse prevention: based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without separate explicit consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last communication. If an enquiry leads to a contract, data is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider's policy, usually no longer than a few weeks.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by our staff who need it to reply to your enquiry. Our hosting and email provider (SuperHosting.BG) acts as a data processor, with servers in the European Union. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
6. External services and cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising and does not store information on your device. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data; to rectification; to erasure; to restriction of processing; to data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interest; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Right to complain
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
